We are in the immediate need for an experienced service advisor to help us with our customer's needs. Candidate must have professional appearance and strong customer service skills with the ability to give our customers exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule customer's vehicle service appointments
- Greeting customers in a professional manner
- Accurate write up of customer concerns
- Convey expected cost and obtaining approval of repairs
- Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer
- Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction (CSI scores)
- Performing any additional task assigned by management
- CDK software knowledge preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record and able to pass a drug test required
- Previous automotive car dealership experience preferred or strong automotive knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Positive attitude
- Commitment to being a team player

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
