Camilo Riaño Orthodontics ' mission is to create beautiful smiles using a variety of modern treatment modalities like Invisalign and hidden lingual braces. We seek a dynamic and energetic Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our patient-centered practice. Our Clinical Lead plays a vital role within Camilo Riaño Orthodontics whose role is to run the clinic and digital patient flow smoothly and efficiently, assist the doctor with patient care, while maintaining the responsibilities and tasks of a clinical assistant. Lead also expected to train clinical staff, monitor Osha regulations, handle clinical issues that arise and communicate them with the doctor, patients, parents, and referral doctors about treatment progress supporting the monitoring of patient treatment accordingly.
As lead of the clinical department, you will work with the team and report directly to Dr. Riaño and the office managerWhat You Will Do:
- Chairside Assisting
- Itero Scanning
- Patient progress reports to doctors and patients
- Management of Grin Dental Monitoring platform
- Management of Retention programs
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Orthodontics and the following credentials/skills:
- Dental Assistant Certification (plus for extended functions in Orthodontics)
- X-Ray certified
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team
