Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager in a fine dining establishment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a server in a fine dining establishment
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a fine dining establishment
- Extensive Wine Expertise: Applicants are expected to have substantial wine knowledge, including familiarity with international wine regions, varietals, and pairing techniques. Formal sommelier certification or equivalent training is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years total experience in the fine dining industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging guests with poise and charm.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Proficiency in a second language is highly advantageous.
- Must possess relevant certifications in hospitality or wine training.
- POS: Applicant must have en expertise in TOAST POS, ensuring efficient service.
