Job Summary: The Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce fashion business, ensuring that our processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role will be pivotal in managing our supply chain, logistics, inventory management, customer service, and overall operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior management to set performance goals and ensure they are met.
Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
- Oversee the supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Optimize vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
Logistics and Fulfillment:
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve delivery speed and reduce costs.
- Monitor and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
Customer Service:
- Oversee the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement policies and procedures to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in service quality.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Operations Director or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
