Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and implement best practices
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track candidate information and manage the recruitment pipeline
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in system
- Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, and speak)
