As the Marketing Project Manager at Redirect Health, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of marketing projects, from campaign creation to digital marketing deliverables to event management. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate all marketing projects, including digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and event planning.
- Utilize project management system to manage and track project tasks, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Set up meetings and ensure action items are communicated. Follow up as needed and close the communication loop.
- Management of Campaign Creation:
- Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring that all elements are delivered effectively and on time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns that align with our objectives.
- Feedback and Collaboration:
- Organize feedback loops and facilitate collaboration between different teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and requirements.
- Foster open communication and information sharing across departments.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute our participation in tradeshows and industry events.
- Manage all aspects of tradeshow logistics, including booth design, staffing, and collateral.
- Promotional Items and Giveaways:
- Oversee the selection and procurement of promotional items and giveaways for marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage inventory, distribution, and tracking of promotional materials.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content creators, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager (healthcare industry experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in project management software/tools
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Experience with event management and tradeshow coordination is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is advantageous.
