The National Herald is looking for an Assistant Bookkeeper & Business Operations Coordinator with some experience in handling, accounts receivables, accounts payables, invoicing, billing and other basic accounting office functions. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel. Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is preferable. We will help train candidate using our accounting data base software.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable and payable, utilizing basic balance analysis techniques
- Invoicing clients, maintaining and updating electronic database
- Preparing sales reports for management on weekly and monthly schedules
- Taking ownership of various administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the business
