Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Project Operations Manager is responsible for developing, managing and executing standard operating procedures for the Marketing department. This role may also have tactical project responsibilities and will partner closely with other support departments across the organization. The Project Operations Manager leads the Marketing Project Operations team responsible for overseeing project life cycles, refining processes, collaborating cross-functionally, and administering the project management software platform. This is a full-time position working remotely Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Support continued adoption and integration of project management tools and practices to support the Marketing team and our partners.
Align existing operations with department stakeholders for ongoing workflow efficiency.
Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to complete project briefs (scope, goals, deliverables, budget, preferred timeline) assign resources, set expectations, and provide regular status reports.
Evaluate project scope and resource needs against organizational priorities.
Effectively manage, communicate and document approved changes to the project scope, carefully considering downstream impacts.
Lead, coach and motivate team members on a proactive basis.
Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.
Lead a team of specialists and Sr. Specialists responsible for trafficking incoming requests and tickets.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations Director to establish dashboards and report on marketing operational metrics.
How You’ll Be Successful:
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 7 years Corporate communications or marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting Req
At least 2 years Experience leading a team Pref
At least 1 year Experience in marketing operations or marketing project management Pref
Familiarity with project management tools Pref
EDUCATION
Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Req
