Kitchen Director:
Are you a leader of leaders? We are looking for a Senior Level Kitchen Director, who will be responsible for overseeing our kitchen leadership team. You will be responsible for leading daily operations, coaching kitchen leaders, and guiding the team to meet performance goals in speed of service, quality, and food safety. You will be managing our most valuable asset, our people! You will be responsible for leading the team to deliver this company mission and vision in the Kitchen.
Pay: $60,000- $85,000
You will do this by:

Creating specificity around kitchen operations and holding the team accountable to those specifics in all aspects of the operation

Facilitating a clean and safe environment, while serving great food to our guests
Responsibilities include:

Overseeing kitchen scheduling & labor usage.
-
Controlling food safety, food costs, throughput, and quality.

Ensure Safe Daily Critical is completed
-
Find immediate solutions for gaps that are discovered
-
Daily communication on Crew to report all checklists and systems
-
Ensure all machines are following their maintenance and cleaning schedules
-
Maintain a culture of Food Safety at all times.
-
Ensure all BOH Team Members are following all food safety measures
-
Monitoring and ensuring the team is meeting food safety and quality standards.
-
Holding the leadership team accountable to daily safety assessments, log books.
-
Watching kitchen expenses to ensure our costs are in line.

Maintaining a positive working environment and treating all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.

Ability to effectively troubleshoot, problem solve, and make quick decisions on a daily basis.

Coaching and developing team members and team leaders.

Dealing with policy/procedure violations.

Managing inventory and facilities.

Chick-fil-A experience is a plus, but not required

Target of 48 hour work week
