Overview of Position:
As a Property & Casualty Senior Account Executive at Scope Technologies you will use a consultative sales approach for growing new business in the property and casualty space, program business pipeline, achieving annual sales targets and implementing the strategic and tactical initiatives of the company. You will have a deep knowledge of the commercial insurance market including, but not limited to, claims administration and billing requirements. You will leverage industry knowledge to offer advice and perspective to prospective clients during the sales process. To achieve success, you must have the aptitude to quickly learn and apply new technologies. Industry and technical experience are strongly preferred for this position. Individuals must also be able to work in a highly self-driven manner within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support marketing efforts to execute pre/post-launch campaigns to generate early interest and drive sales pipeline.
- Help manage customer relationships and secure strategic alliances to amplify reach and accelerate revenue in the Insuretech vertical
- Support the appropriate sales teams with customers’ transition to the new product while finding direct sales opportunities and drive “direct” new sales in the property and casualty space.
- Act as the trusted advisor taking responsibility for communication with the client throughout the sale closing, implementation, and initial service processes.
- Be a leader on the sales team in securing early sales wins and driving initial revenue generation.
- Involvement in supporting a scalable onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth product adoption and positive first impressions.
- Partner with internal teams on the creation of training materials and support documentation for customers and internal teams.
- Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Provide customer training including value-based product coaching.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the implementation of post-launch initiatives to drive customer retention and expansion.
- Investigate, problem solve, research, and provide resolutions to customer questions and issues by working with leadership, support, and engineering.
- Proactively identify and address customer feedback
- Continuously iterate and improve the sales, implementation, and service processes based on data and customer insights.
- Partner with Scope Technologies marketing team to establish and continually improve standard sales processes and strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Account Executive, with a proven track record of successfully selling into the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry.
- Demonstrated experience of access to high-ranking professionals in the P&C industry, with preference given to those with property claims expertise.
- Understanding of claims process as it relates to contractors focused on the exterior building envelope preferred
- Has a track record of exceeding revenue targets and carrying a quota.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer issues effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for customer success.

- Not afraid to make the daily activity of a minimum of 70 Outbound Dials, Daily Lead Follow-Up, 30-50 prospect emails & follow-ups, and schedule and close 3-4 demos per day.

Compensation:
- Base Salary, Monthly Activity Bonus, & Monthly Sales Commissions
- Starting at $85K OTE First Year at Plan
- Unlimited No-Cap Commissions
