In anticipation of upcoming award, Palladium International is seeking expressions of interest for the following role.
Place of Performance: Luzon, Philippines
Estimated Period of Performance: 2 months
Overtime will be paid after 48 hours worked in a week (Monday-Sunday). Overtime will be paid at 150% agreed hourly rate.
Holiday pay will be paid in accordance with US Federal holidays. Holiday pay will be paid at 200% agreed hourly rate.
Job Description:
- Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day operational execution of all LOGCAP Program functions at the assigned location, supervises and provides leadership to assigned personnel, and has responsibility for problem resolution, planning, execution, and leadership of LOGCAP functions across the site.
- The Operations Manager must demonstrate exemplary management and leadership capabilities, especially in the areas of collaboration, team building, talent development, fiscal and human resources management, and process improvement.
- On behalf of the Site Manager, the Operations Manager will also interface directly with the Customer for mission accomplishment and problem resolution.
- Be prepared to direct and assist in download/upload of vehicles and equipment on and off vessels as required.
- Be prepared to help all other Team Members as directed, including non-Palladium staff, Local National workers and prime contractor staff.
Education/Certifications:
- One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired
- PMP certification desired.
- CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) Preferred
- U.S. Citizen Preferred
Experience/Qualifications:
- Six (6) to eight (8) years as a manager in a multi-discipline environment comparable to that offered under this contract.
- Preferred background in military installation base support/infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledgeable of how to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language with proficiency.
- Requires a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation, and teamwork.
- Must exercise discretion and good sound judgment.
- Must have high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office and/or other related applications

Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
