We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with project coordination and provide support to various teams as needed
- File and organize documents both physically and electronically
- Provide front desk support by welcoming guests
- Take payments and reconcile invoices
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
