Summary
Accountable for all aspects of Competitive Bidding Implementation Contract (CBIC) content management. Ensures that directives received from government or other business contracts will be reflected in the company's processes, policies and procedures. Manages all aspects of internal training and development of external education materials, including website content. Considered the Policy and Content Expert (CPE).
Location:
This role is onsite at 17 technology cirlcle road Columbia SC.
Work Environment:
The work hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM – 5 PM.
Description
Serves as lead interface between CBIC and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) content management team. Serves as lead on all content and development issues raised by CMS.
Coordinates and outlines development of procedures and processes for all functions in standard operating procedures. Manages development of internal training and external education material.
Assists upper management and other staff in ensuring contract compliance with objectives, deliverables and tasks outlined in the statement of work.
Selects, develops, motivates, compensates and deploys assigned staff
To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Degree Equivalency: 4 years job related work experience or Associate's and 2 years job related work experience
Required Work Experience: 5 years related operations, claims or insurance related work experience 1 year supervisory experience or equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above (may be concurrent with above experience).
Required Software and tools: Microsoft Office

We Prefer That You Have The Following:
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree-in Business Administration, Healthcare, Education, or other job related field.
Preferred Work Experience: 3 years-of experience leading project teams from inception thru implementation phases in a healthcare related industry.
Preferred Skills and Abilities: Proven use of project management principles and methodology. Proven use of change management techniques. Good negotiation skills.
