JOB DESCRIPTION:
Moravia Health, Pennsylvania's premierhome healthcare agency, is seeking to fil a Payroll/Data Entry position in our (City, State) location. The ideal candidate has excellent data entry skills and exceptional attention detail while monitoring data for accuracy.The ideal candidate has a familiarity with spreadsheets and other online forms including direct deposit processing and will provide support to the Payroll Manager. The idealcandidate also has superior customer service skills. Responsibilities include supporting the analysis of payroll activities including data input of hours worked and tracking and distributing deductions and benefits.
Core responsibilities include but are not limited to the items listed below:
- Maintaining and retrieving payroll information by checking, collecting, and calculating data into the pavroll system for processing
- Responsible for creating and maintaining financial records and reports to ensure accuracy and resolve payroll concerns
- Update payroll timesheets and records by entering exemptions and insurance coverage to ensure client and employee integrity
- Input and update required client and employee payroll information such as changes to contact information in a timely and accurate manner
