In this role, you will serve as an integral part of our HR Team! Approximately 50% of this role involves full-cycle recruitment for our production and temporary staffing. The other aspects of the role include FMLA administration, leading the annual Performance Review process, and assisting with other areas of HR, such as: employee relations, answering employee questions, and assisting in department improvement projects.
Required Skills
Our rocking HR team members have;
- Associate’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Experience in multiple facets of Human Resources including recruitment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- A self-starting and "go getter" personality!
