**Job Title:** Operations Manager
**Job Summary:**
An operations manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a business or organization. They ensure that the processes, systems, and resources are running smoothly and effectively, and that the operational goals and objectives are met. They also analyze and optimize the performance, quality, and cost of the operations, and implement changes and improvements as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Responsible for motivating their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together toward achieving goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operations.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to expand market presence.
- Processes payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Creates and maintains employees’ payroll records. Calculations wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheet records. Enters payroll information into the payroll system for processing. Issues employees’ checks and earnings summaries. Completes payroll reports.
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of successfully overseeing diverse functions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving goals.
- Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
- Experience in business development, sales, and supervising roles is highly desirable.

- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has strong management skills to ensure inventory stocks are maintained and materials are being transported
