·Coordinate logistics of incoming shipments and outbound deliveries.
· Maintain and build healthy relationships with external vendors.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles with POS.
- Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and incompliance with Safety Standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized and clutter free warehouse and workspace.
- Ensures proper execution of best practices related to delivery preparation and process
- Oversees unloading/loading of inbound and outbound merchandise with Inbound and Outbound Delivery companies
- Increases completion and satisfaction of home delivery rate by utilizing best practices
· Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
· Document daily received deliveries and shipments to update inventory and update Client Service Manager on customer’s orders.
· Provide 5 Star Inspection to all incoming and outgoing products. Inspect stock for damage.
· Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
· Analyze different delivery companies and Trucking company to determine areas of improvements and missed opportunities
· Meet with Client Service Manager weekly to schedule deliveries and pickups for the following week
· Coordinate with Customer Service Manager and employees to help with storage, shipping and receiving operations.
· Weekly Pickups from Local vendors and Drop offs to local workrooms.
· Assist showroom design team in weekly scheduled floor moves to include hanging, moving furniture and providing solutions to optimize space.
Skills, Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of warehouse, delivery, or distribution leadership experience.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and team members.
- Ability to use pallet jack, dolly, power drill, tools and execute minor touch ups of furniture.
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Proven experience in strategic and organizational development, including the ability to attract, develop and retain best in class talent
- Proficient in business related technology systems Microsoft Office

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary$ 49,400 + $3400 in bonuses $52,800
- Quarterly Bonus $600 (Annual $2400)
