Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Resolve customer complaints, problems, and requests with patience and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience
- Identify and analyze customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze situations and provide suitable solutions
- Familiarity with outbound calling practices for customer follow-ups or sales
