Nationwide Janitorial company based out of San Diego, CA, is seeking an energetic and outgoing high-level professional with excellent customer service skills for the Quality Assurance Representative position to work out of our San Diego, CA corporate office.
QA Customer Representative provides customer support, processing information/requests, researching and analyzing problems to determine the proper and prompt resolution of any errors or issues, and relaying necessary information to the customers or workers, both verbal and written communication.
This position requires visiting TBCC customers face-to-face, developing a report with our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and actively marketing for new accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee Quality Assurance with TBCC accounts.
· Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners to discover and explore opportunities.
· Develop clear and compelling written proposals/quotations for current and future customers.
· Start and implement Quality Assurance walkthroughs on new accounts
· Work with operations to properly implement, maintain and close accounts
· Able to make decisions and resolve any irregularities or complaints efficiently and professionally.
· Communicate with customers and partners on all new and updated information
· Work closely with Operations on scheduling specialty requests; floors, carpets, windows, etc.
· Assist cleaning crew if needed
· Create a daily Outlook calendar “To-do List” and provide Daily Reports
· Available to work nights and weekends if necessary to fulfill client demands/needs
· Provide Daily inspection reports
· Attend Operations meetings regarding the day inspections with Operations /Office Manager and night inspectors at our corporate office in San Diego as needed
· Responsible for reviewing and approving partner's invoices to be processed for payment
· Protect the organization's value by keeping the information confidential. No exceptions.
· Able to market for new accounts
· Will be required to travel out of state; California, Arizona, Nevada, New York, Miami, etc.
· Must dress professionally
Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (hours may vary when traveling)
Pay ranges from $ 23.00 an hour to $25.00 an hour based on experience
Requirements:
