Real Estate Development company seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist.
SUMMARY: Provide professional administrative services to improve operating efficiency to an executive, department, or individual(s).
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, prioritize, communicate, organize workloads, and work well under pressure.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Retrieve information from email or database and transfer to appropriate departments and/or individual.
- Maintain individual, department and corporate calendars.
- Schedule and coordinate services and other meetings.
- Create documents and presentations using Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint as directed.
- Provide department phone coverage, which includes transferring calls and recording accurate messages.
- Document routing throughout departments ensuring they are executed, distributed and properly recorded.
- Support department personnel as needed.
- Drafting correspondence.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned, including acting as department face with visitors or new employees in the department.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS :
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle day-to-day activities while meeting important deadlines on a variety of projects.
- This role requires individuals who possess active communication skills and are highly organized.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Clear, professional, written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid internet research abilities.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Must demonstrate initiative and flexibility.
- Must work well in a team.
- Quick to pick up processes and also help develop them.
- Possess the ability to accomplish set objectives, preparing for possible setbacks and using reason to deduce the most efficient outcome with minimal supervision
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
