Maintenance Electronic Technician
Our client is looking for Maintenance Electronic Technicians who will work in all areas of their manufacturing processes. They will rely on your expertise to ensure their machines are operating well and maintained in a way that prevents unexpected downtime. As an Maintenance Electronic Technician, you will repair, install, modify and test highly technical printing and binding equipment in a modern manufacturing setting.
Starting Rate: $25.74- $35.40/hr. with a $1.25/hr. shift differential for night shift

Hours: Work only 50% of your days (4-crew) Days and Nights available

What You’ll Do:
- Work in a way that keeps you and your co-workers safe at all times.
- Repair, install, modify, troubleshoot, and test highly technical printing and binding equipment.
- Gather information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our client's machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair motors.
- Work with high and variable voltage, DC power and circuit controls, and 480 VAC phase 3 power wiring.
- Understand, repair, and program PLC, CNC, and robotic equipment and controls.
- Bring ideas to the table on how our client can improve their processes and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with troubleshooting /diagnostics and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience and understanding of relay logic circuits
- Experience and understanding of AC and DC motors and power systems
- Familiar with VAC 480 3 phase power wiring systems
- Ability to read and understand various prints and schematics required.
- Basic knowledge of machine and process control, including experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Lenze) and frequency drives are highly beneficial.
- Skill sets such as fabrication, welding, soldering, assembly, rigging, basic pipefitting are desirable.
- Ability to operate company equipment legally to move between locations
