RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide our clients through the dealership sales process and assist them through the entirety of their journey
- Be a student of the business by becoming an expert on our vehicles, market trends, and potential clients
- Set and work towards accomplishing monthly and yearly unit and gross sales goals
- Be present at the dealership during your assigned hours and aid and support your fellow sales professionals and management team
- Attend and participate in weekly morning sales training meetings
- Create and cultivate your own book of business by outside prospecting and developing existing clients
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2yrs Sales Experience is preferred
- Any additional, training, education, experience or certifications will be considered
COMPENSATION
We offer a plan that includes a weekly guarantee plus commission for each vehicle sold and monthly sales bonuses available to all professionals. We also offer a full suite of health and retirement benefits, paid vacation and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Pay: $43,494.08 - $120,000.00 per year
