As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' needs are met and their concerns are addressed. We offer competitive pay and a supportive work environment. This is a seasonal position into November with the possibility of being hired in a full-time permanent capacity.
Duties:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward school administration, staff, parents, and students- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and/or chat
- Communicating effectively and timely with all team members
- The accurate and efficient placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Accurately document customer issues, inquiries, and resolutions in the company system
- Providing products and services to accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Completion of tasks while demonstrating a thorough concern for all areas involved
Requirements:
- Bilingual and Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal- 1+ years of customer service & 1+ years of call center experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Excellent communication skills including active listening and accurate documentation
- Proficient knowledge of Google Suite, the ability to learn specialized software programs and overall computer literacy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to go the extra mile for our customers
- Ability to work as a team member, provide input, follow directions, and work independently
- Ability to maintain a sense of humor and grace in all situations
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
