We have built a proprietary trading platform that we utilize to perform hundreds of thousands of trades each day in cryptocurrencies and associated derivatives, totaling $5 to $10 billion in trade volume each month. We are looking for a head of investor relations to lead and improve our marketing and fundraising activities as we continue to scale.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Introduction, or Capital Allocation

Strong understanding of systematic and quantitative investment strategies, such as market making, forecasting, statistical arbitrage

Basic knowledge of derivative markets, such as futures and options

Experience with or understanding of cryptocurrency markets or an interest in learning

Experience conducting or facilitating due diligence

Entrepreneurial with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage stakeholders, and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Create, improve, and maintain our marketing materials and drive our overall marketing strategy

Leveraging our Public Relations firm, maximize our brand and exposure

Manage our fundraising pipeline; source prospective investors, manage the meeting and diligence process of prospective investors; be accountable for driving and closing the fundraising process

Working with the relevant stakeholders, design and manage the suite of due diligence materials that we make available to prospective investors, such as portfolio reports, trade process diagrams, and policies and procedures

Working with the relevant stakeholders, develop and maintain appropriate policy and procedure docs as needed for regulatory registration, investor due diligence, and to operate effectively, including personal trading policies, confidential information policies, etc.

Responsible for managing and maintaining our fund offering documents, coordinating with legal counsel on any revisions needed because of investor feedback or regulatory changes, etc

Provide regular and proactive updates to our investors

This position will require regular travel to conferences and other events to meet with prospective and existing investors
