Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other computerized accounting systems is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing schedules
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar office productivity tools is desirable
- Experience as a medical receptionist or office management is an advantage
