Now Hiring!! Field Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for a team of phase schedulers managing both time and resources to ensure projects are completed on time. This position is responsible for making sure projects are fully staffed when appropriate and reporting to upper management on needs.

Primary Duties Include (but not limited to)
- Participates in the hiring and training of Phase Schedulers
- Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of Phase Schedulers
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

- Maintain a positive working relationship with the Field Management team with solution-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate professionally in all verbal and written communications.
- Oversees the management of the Time & Labor process for each phase using NOVAtime
- Supervises the development of the schedule for different phases of construction
- Serves as liaison to the construction field management regarding scheduling procedures
- Creates efficient revenue stream through proper scheduling procedures
- Serves customer with sense of urgency, and holds accountability to the culture and environment
- Provides plan for back up when phase schedulers are out of work
- Works to provide a seamless transition between office and field
- Implementation of new systems and promotes positive change among the team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

MENTAL AND PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.).
- Strong computer skills (MS Suite)
- NOVAtime knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of common scheduling tactics
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
- Must be able to ascend/descend stairs to access workspace
- Frequently communicates with customers, managers, field employees on status of projects. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Working Conditions
- This position requires working in an outdoors environment.
- Individuals may be exposed to varying temperatures including very hot (above 90 degrees F) or very cold (below 32 degrees F) and all-weather conditions.

- Sage Field Operations (SFO) knowledge a plus
