**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team leader/ Sales Director to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and excellent customer service skills. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for coaching, accountability, weekly one on one and assisting and new marketing strategies with buying, selling properties.
**Duties:**
- Provide guidance to our agents to help them assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Set goals and help coach and train our agents to hit monthly standards.
- Meet and recruit new talent to help expand our growing team.
- Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
-Work with internal teams to ensure that status of listings are current and track progress
- Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices
**Experience:**
- Proven working experience as a Realtor or Real Estate Agent with strong sales record.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of real estate transaction processes
- Familiarity with property management and real estate law
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients

- 5+ Years Real Estate Sales experience
