Dear Physician Colleague, I am writing on behalf of my group, Peak Family Medicine, headquartered in beautiful Montrose, CO. We are currently seeking to add a BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine physician interested in joining our multidisciplinary team.
If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this is the place for you. The City of Montrose writes, “Montrose is a historic Colorado town on the beautiful western slope of the Rocky Mountains, perched in the perfect spot to serve as your base camp for year-round outdoor adventure. The city made Outdoor Life magazine's list of ‘Top 200 Towns for Outdoorsmen’ in 2010 because it is surrounded by vast stretches of public lands where visitors can enjoy a seemingly endless variety of outdoor activities throughout the year.”
Imagine working in rural Colorado in an innovative, team-based care model that includes primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, a pediatric psychologist, a chiropractor, two urologists, a general surgeon, a psychiatrist, and soon to add rheumatologist. Feel supported with integrated professional services supported by on-site phlebotomy, POCT, x-ray, splinting and casting, skin procedures, gynecologic procedures, and ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal procedures that allow you to offer advanced primary care at a new level. We offer a competitive salary, loan repayment opportunities, moving expenses, a sign-on bonus, and an attractive benefits package.
We utilize a certified EHR and have successfully attested for Meaningful Use Stages I and II. Peak Family Medicine is a graduated CPC+ track 1 practice and current Primary Care First participant and NCQA PCMH. We are active in an ACO and MSSP. We are recipients of the Montrose Daily Press Best Family Practice Award in 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. Peak Family Medicine is a fun group that works hard. We’ve also taken best physician clinic-2022, best urgent care-2022, and best doctor multiple years. That is all a testament to our fantastic team members and wonderful community.
Thank you for considering this life-changing opportunity in gorgeous Montrose, Colorado. Let’s make a difference by creating a great career and unleashing your full potential!
My best,
Joseph “Dr. Joe” Adragna, MD, MHA, MGH Medical Director & CEO, Peak Family Medicine
