The Daily Java is looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a process driven operation where the sole focus is to support the organization by accomplishing a routine list of weekly tasks and providing excellent customer service.
During a typical week you’ll be responsible for following written procedures to accomplish the following:
· Handling incoming orders via phone and web
· Processing invoices and purchase orders using Quickbooks Online
· Support of the leadership and sales team
· Assisting with marketing activities
· Managing accounts receivable and payables
· Ordering office supplies and office administrative tasks
Requirements for the position:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products
· Experience with Quickbooks or a similar accounting software
· Previous experience with phone and web ordering customer support
· Desire to work in an office/warehouse environment with a passionate group of coffee lovers
