Responsibilities & Qualifications:
The primary focus of this position is to provide support in each plant in a Region, drive safety compliance and performance.
Open to candidates from or willing to relocate to: Chicago, IL or Los Angeles, CA
REMOTE - Travel requirement (75%)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for supporting the day to day operations of a region

Coach/Development of new Plant Managers
-
Ability to collaborate on startups and acquisitions
- Drive daily process improvement in assigned territory.

Manage productivity reporting & performance for the assigned territory.

Work closely with Senior Management in developing long term operational strategies that meet the company’s objectives.
- Ability to trouble shoot, problem solve and perform root cause analysis

Foster a safe work environment
- Collaborate with cross functional departments on projects and new initiatives

Responsible for training and certification of all compliance areas
