Position Overview:
- We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Volcano Grille.
- As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for working closely with their team to foster a positive atmosphere.

- Highly organized, able to handle and loves the hustle and bustle of the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Lead by example and embody the values and ethos of Volcano Grille.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work minimum 9-hour days, 5 days a week, with the willingness to work additional hours as needed.
- Culinary experience, willingness, and ability to assist in the kitchen when staffing shortages occur.
