Description:
The Line Operator Apprentice will be expected to have a basic knowledge of equipment function and line set up. The Line Operator Apprentice will be expected to excel in various training levels as part of line operation while adhering to safety, quality, standard operating procedures (SOP), good manufacturing practices (GMP), and HACCP guidelines.

- Shows capacity to assemble, set up, and disassemble production equipment
- Has basic understanding of production equipment and operation
- Maintains production equipment before, during, and after operation
- Continuously monitors proper operation of equipment and quality of the product
- Complies with company safety, quality, standard operating procedures (SOP), HACCP and good manufacturing practices (GMP) guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 6 months General Labor I or II experience
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to repetitively lift 50 pounds
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools
- Demonstrates a high level of precision, accuracy and alertness
- Good decision making skills
- Able to use dolly
- Certified to use manual or electric pallet jack
