Full Charge Bookkeeper
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of financial recordkeeping, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts.
Duties:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts
- Perform general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist with budget preparation
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and practices
- Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is a plus
- Ability to understand debits, credits, and journal entries
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
