Salary Range: $62,000-$77,000
Who YOU are-
We are searching for a passionate and energetic Behavior Specialist that enjoys working with children with autism and IDD and has a desire to contribute to their lives in positive ways.
- We are looking for a passionate TEAM member who is committed to making a difference every day.
- You will be supervised by our Ph.D. level Clinical Director and will work closely as a team with Head Classroom Teachers and Case Managers as you help to develop and write Behavior Support Plans, collect treatment integrity data, and train classroom staff to implement programs and BSPs.
- You will review data, modify student programming and work with classroom staff to make adjustments to ensure student success.
- Ideal candidates will have a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA or BCaBA preferred, but not required.
