Position: Executive Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support Dr. Simon Ourian in providing administrative and operational assistance. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the dermatology office, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and facilitating communication between Dr. Simon Ourian and various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation as needed.
- Assist in managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Support with special projects, research, and data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline office processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology or healthcare industry is a plus.
