Job Summary:

Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to promote products or services
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell or cross-sell products
- Analyze customer feedback to improve services
- Provide support in English and Spanish for our multilingual customer base
- Maintain phone etiquette standards during all interactions
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (Bilingual)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong data entry skills
- Experience in outbound calling and sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Must have own vehicle
