Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and screen visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in using excel is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience transcribing documents or notes accurately is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
