"Anointed Helpers Home Care is looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our manager. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our office a positive, welcoming and productive environment. You’ll also get the chance to interact with all levels of staff and various customers and clients. The part-time office manager plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of Anointed Helpers Home Care. This role involves managing office operations, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and providing support to the administrative team and caregivers.
Days: Monday - Thursday
Time: 9am - 1pm
- Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed by all staff members.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, both internally and externally.

- Client Coordination:
- Assist with client intake and scheduling of home health aide services.
- Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, care plans, and service schedules.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with caregivers to ensure client needs are met effectively.

- Staff Support:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, including scheduling, payroll processing, and employee onboarding.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Coordinate staff training and development activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
