Kinetic Personnel Group has multiple Enterprise IT Support positions for its clients in the Ontario area. Positions range from Help Desk Tier I and II, IT Tech, Desktop Support Analyst and Desktop Support Technician.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of IT Support experience in an enterprise network environment, and a CompTIA A+ or comparable certification / education.
Job Duties -
- Provide IT support for organization
- Document support calls in trouble ticket system
- Asset Management and Recovery
- Close trouble tickets without escalating trouble ticket (20+ tickets a day)
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times while communicating with other employees
- Record list of completed update
- Support additional departments with hardware and software issues
Requirements -
- 2+ years of help desk/desktop support experience in an Enterprise environment.
- CompTIA A+ certification
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint
- A/AS or BA/BS Computer Science or similar, preferred
- Network+, Security+ or related certification, preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
