Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct outbound calls for information and follow-ups
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Prepare Federal and State financial forms with a high level of accuracy
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
- Experience with tax resolution is a plus
