Hazy Mountain Vineyards seeks a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations in the Tasting Room, Venue, and Villa. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong hospitality or restaurant management background. The General Manager will ensure exceptional service, manage staff, and oversee all aspects of our events and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations in the Tasting Room, Venue, and Villa.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Manager to address maintenance needs.
- Staff Management: Handle hiring, onboarding, and training new staff for the tasting room and private events.
- Event Oversight: Supervise and manage all events to ensure they run smoothly.
- Merchandise and Equipment: Order merchandise, glassware, and necessary equipment for the Tasting Room and Venue.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and manage the food, wine, and beer inventory system. Submit purchase orders through accounting.
- Food Operations: Oversee food service operations in the tasting room and for small private events.
- Payroll Management: Handle all payroll responsibilities for staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and ordering systems.
