Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with client communications, proposal preparations, and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
- Implement, maintain and update a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as emails, calendaring, task list, reminders, scheduling, filing, and correspondences.
- Work cross-functionally with our various departments.
- Manage additional business development projects as necessary.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of business development or sales experience in an office environment is required. Ideally, 3+ years of experience is desired but not required
- Experience working in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn, assimilate, and communicate what you know and what you don’t know honestly/directly
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action and problem solving
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for working smart, proactively and the ability to take on initiatives without direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A consistent desire to close deals and to always have a winning mindset
- Familiarity with PC or Mac-based systems including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM platforms (like Salesforce and Hubspot)
- A high school degree is required. A 4-year college degree in business administration or related discipline is desired but not required
Location
The position will be based out of our office in Gardena, CA. This is not a remote position.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
