Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a diverse skill set encompassing front desk management, training development, event planning, payroll, team management, phone systems, human resources, clerical tasks, and calendar management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Oversee administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate and plan office events and meetings
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Manage phone systems and correspondence
- Assist in human resources functions such as recruitment and onboarding
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document organization
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Manage calendars for appointments, meetings, and events
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of basic HR functions such as employee relations and benefits administration
