Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with Accounting Experience. This role will provide vital support to our corporate office, assisting with administrative tasks and utilizing accounting skills to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with variety of accounting tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong proficiency in accounting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
