Experience leading a global team of 75+ staff

Experience with agile service delivery methods; developing, operationalizing and leveraging automation and playbooks to drive repeatability, quality and scale

Consistent track record in relationship-building, and successfully supporting business-generation efforts

Experience working with SaaS products in a Managed Services capacity

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving change and innovation

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Detail oriented but with the ability to think and act strategically

Ability to travel for work (40% max travel)
This position offers a total compensation range of $235,000.00 to $270,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found

This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
