The Company: Allen Flores Consulting Group
Allen Flores Consulting Group was founded in the late 1980s by Sandi Flores, RN. A true pioneer in senior living, Sandi helped establish many of the standards and procedures the industry was founded on. Sandi led our team until her retirement in 2020 at which time her son, Josh Allen, assumed the responsibility of filling Sandi’s very big shoes. Josh has continued to foster the principles she instilled of honesty, integrity, genuine care for our team members, and putting resident health and wellbeing above all other priorities.
With Allen Flores Consulting Group, you will benefit from access to a complete clinical services team, led by Josh Allen, RN, C-AL. Josh has over 25 years of senior living experience and unmatched expertise in resident care, staff recruiting and development, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. Josh consults on risk management and legal cases, including testifying as an expert on assisted living standards of care. He is certified in assisted living nursing by the American Assisted Living Nurses Association. He also serves on the California Assisted Living Association board of directors and is the past board chair of the Center for Excellence in Assisted Living.
Do we work hard, absolutely, do we take time away from our families and homes to go care for others, yes, pretty much weekly, but the reward of caring for others is our driving force! With Allen Flores Consulting Group you have the opportunity to nurture, love, and support those who need you most!
