Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A background in construction is helpful. A background in scheduling procedures is helpful. Neither is necessary, will train.
