Position Overview: We are looking for a Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be an important part of our field operations team, and will help ensure our projects are set up for success from the very beginning.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field operations and project engineering tasks such as line and grade on multifamily construction projects

Analyze and interpret plans, blueprints, schematics, shop drawings, and related documents

Calculate, prepare, and review estimates, bids, and takeoffs

Document job progress and provide regular project updates

Ensure projects remain on track by adhering to set timelines and budgets

Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
-
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and construction industry regulations
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project engineering, or related field may suffice in the absence of the Bachelor's degree.

Strong knowledge of and experience with line and grade

Proficiency with Procore and Textura a plus

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with other team members
