We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficient skills in Excel and Outlook and will be responsible for supporting the purchasing, construction & operations departments. The successful candidate will be able to effectively prioritize a high influx of tasks and deliverables and have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support purchasing, construction & operations departments.
- Manage office supplies and maintenance requests.
- Prepare and send mail.
- Ensure all files are saved in correct format.
- Process change orders.
- Request bank draws.
- Review sales contracts.
- Coordinate closing schedules.
- Oversee model staging/ moves.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $53,000.00 per year
