SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Client Service Specialist provides high-quality customer service and assists in running the office smoothly.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greets customers, answers questions, processes paperwork
· Make appointments & handle phone calls
· Ensure forms and supplies are available
· Providing office and administrative support for the department
· Provide filing, organizing, tracking, retrieving and controlling information and/or documents to meet the needs of the department and meet the objectives outlined by Supervisor
· Effectively collaborates with other co-workers in support and adherence to FVPS policies and procedures
· Maintains positive working relationships with co-workers to promote an effective environment conducive to collaboration, resolution of conflict
· Promotes teamwork and effective inter and intra department communication.
· Supports the administrative training of new staff, interns and program volunteers.
DATABASE SYSTEMS:
· Sets up and maintains client records in Data Management Software
· Collects data, prepares reports and generates monthly reports in a timely manner
· Provides grantor reporting
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in administration support or related experience (Preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of administrative techniques, practices and professionalism
- Sensitivity to various cultural, ethnic, and social background, values, attitudes, beliefs, and languages
- Computer skills (moderate to advanced)
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred)

Pay: $34,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
